Broccoli and spinach spread

We present to you our green spread, a combination of ingredients that help to maintain the vitality and health of the body.

Broccoli contains Sulforaphane, an organic compound which is a great aid in the fight against cancer. 

It protects the body from free radicals, strengthening the immune system and stimulating the release of uric acid from the body.

High levels of potassium support proper functioning of the nervous system and the brain. 

It is also beneficial for persons struggling with excess weight, because it is low-calorie but at the same time very rich with vitamins and minerals.

Spinach is abundant in potassium which regulates blood pressure and contains vitamins A and C, nutrients vital to the immune system.

It has a positive impact on managing and decreasing blood cholesterol as well as reducing the risk of cancer development.

It improves digestion and helps fight anemia.

Tomato and quinoa spread


A blend of tomato, a frequently used ingredient in our kitchens and quinoa, an ancient plant from Latin America, which has in the past decade become very popular outside its homeland as it is considered a key item in a healthy diet. Tomatoes contain lycopene, a pigment that helps prevent heart disease. 

It is a powerful antioxidant that yields great results in detoxification of the body.

Eggplant spread

We have combined this Mediterranean fruit with highly useful sunflower seeds and created a beneficial delicacy.

Anti-oxidant nutrients contained in olives prevent the oxidation of cholesterol and thereby prevent the occurrence of heart disease. 

Olives contain fat. However, these fats are monounsaturated and healthy as they are proven to lower high blood pressure. 

Studies have shown that if we replace saturated fats with monounsaturated fats from olives, this will accelerate weight loss.
